February 20, 2013 – Healthy Mid-morning Drinks – WATER, cool green tea and piccolo with almond milk!

As you head into your mid morning meal of nuts & berries add some cool green tea or a piccolo (espresso coffee shot with dollop of almond milk – half the carbs & calories) rather than full size cap or chai latte!

Many of you reading my Food Diary now can see why I love my daily indulgence as I power thru the admin of Be Fit Hub stuff!
