February 23, 2013 – Sharing my training session program with you! *TOPIC: Super-setting with minimal rest to burn fat and grow muscle!!!

Love the feeling after an awesome workout where you pause in time to focus on maximum strength in each movement! Heaps stoked with my increased stamina as I powered through the exercise program (photographed with pride to share) that finished with TABATA bike sprints! Will explain the benefits of Tabata Training in next week’s post.
