January 15, 2013 – Classic “Power Foods Fitness” Lunch-to-go

All packed for a day in the city teaching my corporate classes and private sessions.

Mid-morning protein shake using Be Fit Hub’s 100% Pure Whey Protein with 100ml almond milk.
Lunch of 200g x grilled chicken and 1 x handful baby spinach/rocket with 1tbsp macadamia nut oil.
Mid-afternoon vitamin and antioxidant hit from 200g x fresh
strawberries and blueberries.

So loving the endless supply of energy – goodbye blood sugar highs and lows… xx
