An awesome start to the day as I launch “Power Foods Fitness” Recipes.
This Salmon Patties creation has done the rounds from trainer (me) to client… So this is the first of many delicious and nutritious recipes to be found here at my “Power Foods Fitness” blog.
Perfect for lunches, snacks or to add protein to your salad side-dish.
1 280 grams Salmon Fillet cooked and cooled
(I baked mine for my first batch)
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1 medium Onion minced
1 clove of Garlic minced
1/4 Fresh Dill minced
2 medium Eggs
1/4 cup of shredded Sweet Potato
Pepper to taste
Coconut Oil to fry
1. In a medium bowl, flake salmon mix in eggs, garlic and almond flour, sweet potato, onion, garlic, dill and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a medium skillet* over medium heat.
3. Spoon mixture into 3 inch patties 1/2 inch thick.
4. In batches, cook patties about 5 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
