Be Fit Hub’s “Power Foods Fitness” is a lifestyle that allows bodies to function as efficiently as possible. 

Implementing the “Power Foods Fitness” lifestyle is basic:

1. EAT REAL FOOD NOT FOOD PRODUCT

We take eating back to basics! REAL FOOD HAD A FACE OR WAS A PLANT – AVOID ALL ELSE WITH LABELS AND PACKAGING! In this way we utilise the body’s hormonal system to stay as internally healthy as possible, whilst losing body fat and gaining lean muscle tissue… and not being hungry in the process.

2. FUNCTIONAL TRAINING – MOVING AS EVOLUTION INTENDED

Exercises designed to strengthen our muscles, bones, brain and circulatory system. Regular movement changes the way nutrients are partitioned on a cellular level. Our cells are the beginning and end point of our healing!
