As promised – you know who you are my gorgeous clients – this is the delightful flourless slice I have been raving about to help you and your partners and kids make your way past the evening “refined sugar” spell!
1/3 C Honey
2 medium Eggs
1 C blanched Almond Flour*

1/4 tsp ground Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cloves
1. For Puree:
2. Puree flesh in food processor. Note: Mash can be made days ahead and either frozen or refrigerated until ready to use.
3. For Bars:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, combine puree, honey and eggs. Pulse for 2 minutes. Add dry almond flour and seasonings. Pulse for a full minute.
4. Pour batter into a greased, 8-inch square baking dish. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes.
Serve with a smile or place them in your lunch box to have as your mid-afternoon treat no matter what age you are.
