Measurements NOW were taken Friday 15 March 2013 and Measurements BEFORE were taken Friday 11 January 2013
 
WEIGHT  NOW 64.1kg  Before 65.6kg
CHEST NOW 90.5cm Before 92.5cm
WAIST NOW 71cm Before 78cm
HIPS NOW 100.5cm Before 103cm
RIGHT BICEP NOW 29cm Before 31cm
RIGHT THIGH NOW 50.5cm Before 54cm
So looking forward to the next body shot and measurements as I embody the transformation. So loving the food as well as training and thanks to my personal trainer and business partner George for pushing me past my comfort zone mentally and physically.
Now know how to be comfortable with immersing myself in the 1% impossible! xx
