COCONUT MACAROONS – This “Power Foods Fitness” dessert is a light treat to spoil you, your friends & family!

“Power Foods Fitness” has promised you that you will never give up the taste and texture of each delicacy in every cuisine. This dessert is a light treat you can enjoy during the week and is easy on your time as you can make them ahead and gentle on your budget as they are a great gift for friends and family.

INGREDIENTS:
Makes 48
6 Egg Whites
¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
½ C Agave Nectar
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
3 C Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a mixing bowl whisk egg whites and salt until quite stiff.
2. Fold in agave, vanilla and coconut.
3. Drop batter onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet, one rounded tablespoonful at a time.
4. Pinch each macaroon at the top very lightly.
5. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes, until lightly browned*
*Stay near your oven as temperature rise and intensity will vary from oven to oven. Use this time as your Visualisation Meditation as you gaze in on your beautiful creations.

Serve with green tea or a piccolo with almond milk for morning or afternoon tea!
