Personal Training x 3 weekly
+ Own Training x 2 weekly
+ Own Sprints x 1 weekly for 11 weeks!
Now training “as an athlete” and love the “Exhaustion Sessions”
to build lactic acid, burn fat
and super-drive the growth of lean muscle tissue!
Such a contrast – this HIIT program I complete now in my own session – above was Saturday of Week 11.

To be honest – this was medium in body feedback so will need to let George know so he can ramp it up for next week..
